Hi, I’m Dr. Nicole Roberts.

Philosophy

Care here is built on a few core principles that shape every patient relationship.

1) I take an evidence-informed approach, grounding care in current research and standards while applying them thoughtfully to the individual in front of me. Medicine should be both scientifically sound and personally relevant.

2) Prevention is a central focus. Supporting long-term health, reducing future risk, and preventing progression of chronic conditions is just as important as addressing symptoms in the present.

3) I approach health as complex and interconnected. You are never just one diagnosis. Hormones, digestion, mood, energy, pain, and life stage all influence one another — especially through the decades of change between 30 and 70. Care reflects that complexity rather than oversimplifying it.

4) Treatment plans are practical, effective, and sustainable. Recommendations are designed to fit your life, your capacity, and your current season — with a clear sense of what matters most and what to address first. The goal is to work smarter, not harder, and to create meaningful progress without unnecessary overwhelm.

5) Finally, care is always personalized. There are no templates or one-size-fits-all protocols. Every plan is adapted to the individual, evolving as your needs change.

I believe we deserve health care providers that we feel respected & supported by.

Outside the Clinic

I am a mom of one. In the last two years I have fallen back in love with exercise and reading books from the library, both of which I do as much as I can in my free time. I love coffee and extra large cushy chairs. You’ll find me listening to a huge variety of podcasts on my drives to the office (if you have podcast recommendations, I am all ears!).

I talk pretty fast and get very passionate in my patient care, especially when I get to talk about new research.

Some people call me nerdy, and I wear that badge with pride!
