Cancellation policy
Cancellations require two business days to avoid the no-show administrative fee.
No-show admin fee: 100% the cost of the visit fee + HST
Injection appointment or a free 15-minute consult fee: $25.00 + HST
Cancellations can be made via online or the phone. Voicemails are accepted.
