Patients who have a family history of Alzheimerβs disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, etc and would like to do what they can, in the context of their life, to prevent chronic disease.
Patients who are overwhelmed by the barrage of information surround longevity medicine and want to sort through what testing and interventions are helpful and which are unnecessary.
WOMENβS HEALTH ACROSS HER LIFESPAN
From premenopause through postpartum, into perimenopause and eventually postmenopause, I assess, educate and advocate for women so we can thoroughly support their bodies, their nervous systems and their hormones.
Those who feel overwhelmed about making health related lifestyle changes, confused by social media discussions on womenβs health, or have felt dismissed regarding their own health concerns.
Women with complex mental health and hormonal needs, including anxiety, PMS, PMDD, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Endometriosis, ADHD, OCD, Perimenopausal Cognitive Changes, etc
Women with ongoing metabolic and physical concerns, including Insulin Resistance, Fatty Liver, Osteoarthritis, Insomnia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome etc who want to feel empowered to act and change their health trajectory.
